• Work with the Go-To-Market Recruiting Team to provide exceptional and positive interview experience for all parties.• Schedule and manage phone and onsite interviews through our ATS, communicate logistics to candidates, and coordinate follow-ups• Assist in maintaining the inbound and volume of the hiring pipeline to keep the interview process in motion• Partner with admin and operations to secure conference rooms, schedule debrief sessions, arrange travel and accommodations, as well as provide post-interview assistance (e.g., process expense reimbursements)• Help tailor job descriptions and post them on our career page and other job boards• Team up with recruiters and leads to improve upon and streamline existing processes
