I'm coming from a background of 9+ years in Customer Service. Majority of those years, I spent with Learning and Development where my experience has focused on Communications, Foundation Training, Leadership and Organizational Development. I was responsible for managing a team of training experts in reviewing raw material, collaborating with stakeholders and creative teams to ensure all elements met the guidelines stipulated in our partner's requirement. In the same capacity, I have interfaced frequently with customers, in addition to clients and staff. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill customer wishes and needs in order to ensure their continued, and positive, relationship with the business.I am passionate about learning and finding innovative training programs and projects to further elevate performance of a business!
