I am leading the new product development team as we create new products for internal and external use with a focus on innovation and excellence. The team is also being developed, focusing on growth and personal improvement, producing great product developers and leaders who produce great products. We develop 1, 2, and 5-year product roadmaps to help drive the company's future.I am also heavily involved in many company-wide improvements, working with various people within the company to recognize processes and systems that need improvement. Then, we go through the process of improving what we found and implementing the solutions. This ranges from production and quality improvements to documentation and operations improvements.In addition to the above, I lead interdisciplinary teams across the company to launch new products. Many new products are designed for a specific customer, which involves working with larger teams in multiple geographic locations across multiple companies. When including near-daily interaction with ownership, balancing customer and company needs is a core competency.

I'm part of the R&D team, we are responsible all stages of new product development. This usually starts in the very beginning at idea generation/feasibility and project proposal. I design the electronic hardware (circuit design and PCB layout), often working with the Mechanical Engineer and Production to overcome physical design restraints, or prevent manufacturing issues in the production of the end product. After designing and testing the boards, one or more of us will work on the software and firmware involved in the product. We also produce documentation, user manuals, and provide necessary training to the sales teams and production to manufacture and sell the end product.

I was support for the R&D department, being involved in the research and development of new products, as well as upgrading some current products.
