• Formulates, reviews and revises standard operating procedures;• Inspects process lines, vessels, pumps, agitators, filters, and valves for rectification or modification.• Performs cold and hot commissioning in leach area;• Initiates and monitor the activities based on the given schedule.

• Controls and monitors whole leach area equipment and operations through DCS;• Facilitates start-up, shutdown, continuous stable operation, and troubleshooting;• Facilitates training program for local DCS operators;

• Controls the whole HPAL section plant equipment and operations in DCS• Maintains operating parameters on plant operations for maximum production• Facilitates start-up and shutdown in HPAL area• Gathers process data• Formulates, reviews and evaluates Standard Operating Procedures to improve the operation• Implements strict compliance with the standard operating procedures and maintains a high regard for safety for field personnel and contractors• Implements environmental protection and control measures

• Operates and troubleshoots equipment such as centrifugal pumps, thickeners, conveyors, ball mill, vacuum pump, air compressor, vibrating screen, roll crusher, polishing filter, pressure filter, agitators, drum washer, autoclave, GEHO pump, LEWA pump, and screw pump to maintain stable Plant operation.• Monitors equipment condition and parameters.• Supervises field operators.• Assists the Supervisor in ensuring the personnel’s safety.• Gathers data such as sampling and analysis to be used in maintaining stable Plant Operation.
