-Responsible for sourcing and selection of talent pipeline of recent college graduates into Research Assistant (RA) role to support economic research divisions.-Program manager for research internship experience (25-30 students per summer).-Created full-time conversion program to retain internship students after graduation.-Recruitment lead for experienced-hire technology & financial analyst roles.

-Oversaw daily operations of 500+ bed residential facilities.-Trained, supervised, & evaluated staff of 10 resident assistants.-Supported co-curricular learning opportunities for on-campus residences.-Upheld and enforced University student Code of Conduct and adjudicated judicial affairs processes.

-Served as first-level site manager for residential services desks that serve 14,000 campus residents with 24/7 mail, recreation, and housing/food services.-Responsible for handling all concerns during evening & weekend operations, including supervision of 16 desk clerk staff members.

-Expanded opportunities for residential students to enhance their academic and personal growth by providing peer assistance in on-campus living unit.-Integrated my paraprofessional role as an adviser, community builder, and student advocate.-Received diversity, crisis & conflict mediation, and emergency management training.

-Reached approximately 1500 participants per year through peer education programming.-Managed scheduling, coordination, outreach, and development of peer-education program, including SPSS impact & effectiveness assessment.-Organized panels that brought awareness of the LGBTQ+ community to classrooms & organizations across campus and in the local community.

-Provided business students with academic guidance, scholarship opportunities, assistance in creating/sustaining student organizations, & identifying personal/professional growth opportunities available to them both on and off-campus, within the university and through college corporate partners.-Assisted in organizing and executing an undergraduate student business diversity conference.-Developed a "resource compass" as a guide of internships, scholarships, and other opportunities available to LGBTQ+ students.

Human Resources, Talent Management & Acquisition-Co-facilitated a two-week global training & development program for 260+ new, FT analysts.-Developed a new Junior Talent Pipeline diversity recruitment strategy focused on partnerships with HBCUs and national diversity organizations.-Assisted with fall recruitment season preparations and revised all University Relations job descriptions.-Coordinated supplemental educational programming and professional development opportunities for 200 summer interns.

-Guided 300 high school students through seminars to explore leadership development, complete college preparatory coursework, and create action plans for social change & justice.-Co-instructed courses in global engagement and public policy with Brown faculty.-Served as live-in advisor and mentor for three, 2-week summer programs.

-Assistant to the Philadelphia Youth Commission executive director.-Orchestrated an 8-week outreach campaign for Free Summer Meals PA, a summer lunch program that reaches thousands of food-insecure youth across Philadelphia.-Began a youth expression writing project collaboration with city non-profit, Mighty Writers.-Collaborated with Youth Commissioners to address funding issues in the School District of Philadelphia.
