CurrentRevenue Driver for Rogers Hospitality, which is a logical complement to 23 years' Airline Experience, out of which 15 years' experience in Revenue Optimisation and Alliance.As a member of the Senior Executive team of Rogers Hospitality, my area of influence cuts across all products of Rogers Hospitality from resort to business hotels to leisure and Golf products, across all distribution channels, markets and functional areas and all time lines (Strategic, tactical and Operational)It makes a unique experience to achieve sustainable profitability through integration of diverse revenue drivers towards Total Revenue Optimisation and achieve exceptional value to our customers in order to optimise margins. I am therefore also a key element of strategic planning at Rogers Hospitality, integrating both concepts and practice within a perpetual innovation laboratory, while working hand in hand with various entities including sales and marketing, finance, operations, Information Technology, project and Human Resources.My deep Business Intelligence Experience earned within within the immense data world of the airline industry also empowers me to drive data analytics in all spheres including revenue management, pricing, sales, marketing, customer journey analytics, finance and operations as an effective and innovative Business Intelligence Translator.Moreover as a Board Director for Rogers Aviation Company Ltd, my area of influence goes beyond Rogers Hospitality, confirming my unique journey at the core of the Mauritian tourism industry.
