I am passionate about student-focused education, with a responsibility to meet my students and peers where they are. I don't want to rattle off jargon and concepts but intentionally focus on helping someone understand. I want to invest in the future generation of scientists and world-changers with as much care and compassion (if not more) as the countless people who have invested in me. I have several years of experience working in education as an administrator and an assistant teacher. I have primarily worked with students and teachers in K-12 and undergraduates.You can often find me obsessed over process improvements and the smallest of details, all to ensure that my team is setting their best foot forward. You can find me gawking in wonder at the beauty of Creation. I love discussing classical philosophy, contemplating theology, and grappling with moral and ethical dilemmas, but my true passion lies in learning and teaching about science.
