About Jalyn Marks

With 7 years of nonprofit experience and 9 years of communications expertise, I currently lead the communications efforts for the Georgetown University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (GUCEDD). In this role, my focus is on creating a platform to amplify the voices and stories of individuals with developmental and other disabilities, providing them with an opportunity to share their narratives authentically.Central to my approach is ensuring cultural and linguistic competence.
