Inbound and outbound customer service calls, data entry, place and process customer orders, track and follow up on orders. Also manage accounts, send and prepare statements on a monthly and weekly basis. Accept and record customer payments, provide and mange contract pricing, pull orders in warehouse if needed, source new customers, contact sales leads, and customer case resolution.

Assist customers with getting identification cards, license plates, renewing registration and tags, transfer of title titles, faxing paperwork to the reinstatement office and drivers’ control. Work at the customer service counter processing transactions, computing and collecting fees, balancing money collected with computer record of transactions. Effectively communicate and interact with a diverse population interpreting and applying statutes, regulations, policies and procedures in person, and over the phone. Enter and retrieve information from an electronic database, quickly and accurately. Research information, analyze documentation, review, and explain findings.

Conducted duties around the restaurant such as order taking, ringing up orders, answering phones, ensured orders were correct before taking them to tables, handle payments, washed dishes, greeted and sat customers.
