I perform daily experiments in Atomic Layer Etching, communicate scientific visions, and present at public events as an advocate for atomic layer etching.

My thesis covered "Etching for Quantum-Ready Surfaces." I developed both Photochemical Etching and atomic Layer Etching (ALE) for color center (spin qubits) devices in SiC. I study surface proximal quantum systems for integrated quantum photonics, sensors, and computers.

I worked under the guidance of professor Xiuling Li, working with silicon nitride self-assembling nanostructures and novel wet chemical etches for wide bandgap semiconductors.

ECE 444 - Integrated Circuit Theory and FabricationI coordinated and ran labs that teach students how to process silicon wafers using industry-standard techniques, including but not limited to: thermal diffusion, thermal evaporation, and photolithography.ECE 518 - Advanced Semiconductor NanotechnologyI taught a lab to teach students novel techniques in the semiconductor industry, such as nanosphere lithography (NSL) and metal assisted chemical etching (MACEtch).
