Track and measure metrics and implement improvements as necessary • Complying with all regulatory requirements and demands to meet all regulatory deadlines prior to project execution • Interacting effectively within a multidisciplinary team • Optimize BHA design and drilling parameters• Implement new technologies to improve drilling performance
