Address a variety of customer inquiries regarding the full lifecycle of car buying (packages/options, pricing, product availability, shipment coordination, etc.) Track and gather information, as well as transaction-based metrics, using online customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Conduct analyses, such as leasing versus buying options, which requires knowledge of tax and accounting implications. Conduct buyer satisfaction evaluations regarding pre and post sale interactions. Liaison with finance and service departments to resolve issues or improve service. Undergo several state and federal training and licensing requirements. Show less
