I work with organizations, businesses, and governments worldwide to develop strategies and policies that promote sustainable development and socio-economic growth. With expertise in law, advocacy, and communication, I help clients navigate legal frameworks, craft advocacy campaigns, and design communication strategies that amplify their impact. I achieve this through workshops and webinars, co-creating solutions that address both local and global challenges. As a policy consultant, I have advised the Parliament of Uganda on legislation such as the Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill and facilitated the development of advocacy strategies for UNICEF Country Offices in West and Central Africa on children's rights issues like Female Genital Mutilation.I am a Lawyer by profession, currently studying for a Master’s in International Trade Law at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, a Mandela Rhodes Fellow, and a graduate of Makerere University Law School in Uganda. I am passionate about International Law and socio-economic human rights, having published articles in national newspapers, research papers, and blogs on these topics. In addition to my work at Rathana.org, I was a UNICEF U-Report Youth Advocate for Quality Education and the Meaningful Participation of young people in governance. I supported the creation of Children's Reference Groups within Uganda's local governments and worked to improve access to quality education for youth. I also served on the Amnesty International Youth Advisory Board and as a Youth Ambassador for the International Society for Human Rights.I have also worked as a Communication Contractor for Action in Africa, a charity that provides free education and social services to low-income families in my home village, Nankuwadde. In this role, I wrote and published blogs highlighting the organization's work and impact.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy playing pickleball (though I’m not very good at it), listening to music (despite being a terrible singer), and reading.
