This winter I enrolled in the 200 hr Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training Program through Hilltop Yoga. After completing the 200 hr program, I signed on to continue through, in order to complete the 300 hr program. I am currently teaching classes at both the Haslett, and Old Town locations as an apprentice instructor as I work towards obtaining all the hours of teaching required to complete the program.

Since I'm a stay at home mom, and I LOVE to cook I decided to use my "extra" time to start a food blog. But I blog about more than just food. I post a lot of my favorite, tried and true recipes that are easy to make and accessible to the busy Moms out there who are trying to feed their families healthy, and homemade meals made from REAL food and whole, fresh ingredients. I also blog about lifestyle, philosophy, challenges, and "food for thought" topics that spike my interest as I feel inspired to do so. I offer advice from personal experiences and enjoy every second of what I do!

I'm a proud and happy stay at home mom, caring for twin boys. They are my lifes work and my greatest accomplishment.
