Serves as a Test Control Officer in the Atlanta, GA Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The mission of USMEPCOM and the Atlanta MEPS is to process individuals for enlistment or induction into the armed services, based on DoD-approved peacetime and mobilization standards.Develop testing schedules that provides optimal access for customers at MEPS and MET Sites in order to provide day, night, and weekend testing options.- Advise, counsel and provide instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.- Prepare schedules for completion of work, assign work based on priorities.- Responsible for the overall testing program at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS).- Supervise all phases of test material receipt, storage, protection, issue, administration, scoring and destruction.

Responsible for managing contract requirements for Veterans Affairs course curriculum for over 180 transitioning active duty service members, veterans and their families, of all branches of military service per month. Directly trains and supervises’ subordinate personnel in an office and classroom environment; ensuring daily activities are performed to standard, and in accordance with company policy. Creates quarterly evaluation reports for subordinates to track progress and evaluate performance. Compiles and collects data and statistical information in support of program operations, develops detailed reports daily of all data collected. Inputs accurate data into the Training Management system, monitors Training Management System for updates. Analyzes, interprets and distributes updates to all personnel to ensure compliance. Provides assistance; plans and coordinates travel and training for two itinerate sites upon request. Plans and coordinates outreach and liaison services, with multiple Veteran Service Organizations and Vet Center agencies; to expand awareness and develop positive relation; with active duty service members and the local veteran population about VA benefits.

Responsible for the effective delivery of standardized courses of instruction through engaging, motivational, effective, on-site, and hands-on instruction. Facilitate Service member's successful transition out of uniform and into civilian life. Provides detailed instruction from the VA to deliver high quality benefits planning information and consulting services to Service members and their dependents on Veteran-related benefits and programs.

Subject Matter Expert and instructor on Armored Brigade Combat Team Live Fire Doctrine. Responsible for content authenticity of Armor, Infantry and Reconnaissance related Gunnery Field Manuals and Training Circulars. Provides advice and support for developing and validating the Army's direct fire weapons platforms gunnery training strategies; tests and evaluates training aids, simulators, simulations, and other gunnery related equipment. Conducts special briefings to VIP's and provides technical guidance to military contractors and the force on gunnery.

Served as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator for the 197th Infantry Brigade consisting of over 1,040 Soldiers and 90 civilians; provides guidance to the Brigade Commander on program policies and objectives; provides comprehensive assistance and liaison to victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment; conducts advocacy and educational services primarily to Army personnel, family members, and Department of Defense civilians; ensures victims of sexual assault receive all needed guidance and emotional support; develops and implements an appropriate plan of action in crisis situations; completes and maintains required program files and victim records.

Served as a First Sergeant for a fully digitized Infantry Company in a Combined Arms Battalion; responsible for the daily operations of the company to include the administration of the training, supply and arms room operations; responsible for the physical fitness, welfare, billiting and discipline of 161 Soldiers; evaluated and supervised four Platoon Sergeants, four Section Sergeants and one training room NCO; responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of company property worth in excess of $65,000,000.

Serves as Battalion Master Gunner for a Combined Arms Battalion with a world wide deployment mission comprised of two Infantry Companies, two Armor Companies, Headquarters Company and one attached Support Company with 930 assigned Soldiers serving in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Responsible for preparing, coordinating and publishing plans and orders in support of combat and training missions and operations. Provides the Battalion Commander and Operations Officer with timely and accurate information during the planning process and makes recommendations to support the Commanders decision making process.

Serves as Headquarters First Army Central Tasking NCOIC for two Divisions 16 Brigades and 10 Mobilized Training Centers in support of all Reserve and National Guard component Soldiers deploying to OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan). Coordinates, analyzes and identifies assets, prepares and forward specific tasking to respective agencies. Responsible for the management of the First Army personnel tasking requirements involving the Department of the Army World Wide Individual Augmentation System (WIAS). Monitors Soldiers deployment and redeployment to the command.

Serves as Headquarters First Army Operations Center Senior Operations Noncommissioned Officer. Supports two Divisions 16 Brigades and 16 Mobilization Training Centers. Performs the daily operations of receiving, and analyzing incoming orders and messages to identify First Army equities, tasks and suspense's to determine the appropriate disposition and distributions of orders in support of the mobilization, training and deployment of Reserve and National Guard component units.

Supervises, trains, mentors, and evaluates 20-25 Drill Sergeant Candidates during a nine week recurring cycle; provides instruction on leadership, counseling, stress management fitness, and tactical training as it relates to the Initial Entry Training environment; models and teaches the Army's Seven Core Values
