During High School and into College I was a Speech and Debate competitor. After graduation I decided to give back to the program that gave me so much. Now I am a part time coach for the Apple Valley High School Speech and Debate program with 2 of my students attending the National Speech and Debate Association national tournament this summer.

During my time with AT&T, I quickly became accustomed to a fast paced and professional sales environment. Management was my primary goal, and as a graduate of their Management Training Program I achieved it. We put a strong emphasis on clear communication throughout all parts of the company, which provided me with the ability to grow in my management style.

As the office manager for a small massage therapy business in Atlanta GA, I was given the opportunity to explore what management truly means. Because the majority of our employees were independent contractors with their own styles and expertise, I employed a "bottom up" approach to my management style, to great success. I was able to oversee the expansion of the business to a second location with exponential growth.

As a customer service representative for BIG, I used my superior customer service skills to maintain our customer base, and help the company to grow. I also was the data entry representative for multiple departments. It was my job to balance multiple tasks while staying available to our customers for help and service.
