Job Description:-(Project HSE Advisor for D12 & Laila Field Development starting 1st January –December 2014) 1.HSE FOCUS a.People. •To ensure critical HSE task assigned by Offshore Lead being executed to company expectation through:- -Execution, monitor and updated Project HSE plan 2014 - Monthly Project HSSE Plan updates. -Participating in onshore and offshore HSE engagement with staff/crew and vendors through various --Meeting:- Attending SSB & TECHNIP interface monthly meeting,Pre-mobilization, Management visit - campaign period,Vessel Inspection with PCS/CAT1/CAT3 •To ensure HSE interfacing with PCSB is align and executed accordingly:- -Attending SSB/PCSB & TECHNIP monthly interfacing meeting -Participating in SSP roll out at location -as per & when on location-Participating in SISO roll out at Betty as per & when in location-Attending SSB/PCS/CAT3 meeting as per & when•To ensure HSE Competencies fulfillment by:- -To review project HSSE Competencies training matrix in preparation for offshore work in 2014 •To ensure proactive Actions taken in managing HSE critical positions in CAT1 contractor offshore by:- -Participating in SSB/TECHNIP weekly meeting •To ensure proactive Actions taken in managing HSE critical positions of CAT 1 & CAT3 contractor offshore by:- -Participating in SSB/DESB daily Progress Meeting at location & Participating in SSB/DESB (D12 & LAILA) Pre-mobilization engagement session 2014 •To ensure ERP –action taken to update office Emergency Response Plan by:- -Briefing all new comers/intern in regards to office ERP and 12 life saving rules -Update ERP name list in office-2014 -Participate in office drill - 2014

Job Specification:-.Setting up HSE management Systems (OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004) for the project, including preparing project Health and Safety and Environmental Management plan along with supporting plans. • Preparing Project Emergency management plan and setting up emergency response set up for work site in Tanzania (Dar-Es-Salaam). Carrying out site initial medical and emergency survey along with corporate medical officer. • To employ and manage the Project HSE department. • Subcontractor and Vendor Pre Audit and selection.• Identifying and compliance to all applicable local national and international legal and other requirements. • Setting up project HSE objectives & Targets, monitoring and reporting on monthly basis.• Advise Management on Any updates or changes in HSE management system and Legal requirements. • Building HSE team for the project and training and leading them to achieve project HSE Objectives and Targets. • Carry out site surveys, in association with the Site Manager, Superintendent or Supervisor, to see that only safe methods or working are in operation; that all regulations are being observed• Carry out regular internal audits and subcontractor audits, represent project in level 2 and third party audits. • Determine the cause of any incident or dangerous occurrence and recommend means of preventing recurrence.
