Centralized Payment Unit Officer
• Responsible for all kind of accounts payable of company.• Direct coordinate with all division’s for payments.• Responsible for calculation of taxes on invoices.• Responsible for all types of expenses payment.• Responsible for reimbursement payments and full & final settlement of employees.• Direct coordinate with tax department for tax submission.• Verify the claim status and policy history through PREMIA (Equal & above 500,000).• Ensure the compliance of all the claim payments requests with SOP’s in terms of documentation and approval.• Verify all the receipts against the policies mentioned in commission disbursement form (Equal & above 500,000).• Verify commission rate, Fac. & Fronting accounts, Tax deduction, Casting and approval in order to comply with SOP’s.• Verify all the collections and premium receipts against the requested policies related to coinsurance share payment.• Ensure the compliance with SOP’s in order to verify premium payable to coinsurer.• Verify the expense amount and compliance with SOP’s.• Verify the policy premium and refund through PREMIA.• Verify the outstanding claim against the request policy and the payment requests comply with SOP’s.• Verify credit approvals received from Divisions for signature of CFO.• Take part in the inventory process of salvage vehicles.
