Execute the creation and launch of marketing campaigns.- Implement custom functionalities within emails using AMPscript and SSJS, ensuring dynamic and personalized communication.- Design and manage customer journeys and automations, integrate WhatsApp as a communication channel, and develop email templates and account configurations.- Construct triggered emails, implement cutting-edge email designs, and extend functionalities using AMPscript.- Develop sitemaps within Salesforce Personalization (formerly known as Interaction Studio). Establish use cases, manage promotions, and design campaigns and templates for targeted marketing efforts.
