-Supervise contracts with overseas companies for the Arabian Bugshan Group and follow up on business agencies. -Manage the contractual arrangements with lending institutions specifically for the Arabian Bugshan Group by its activity. -Manage the administrative, legal, and follow-up of projects carried out at Saudi Aramco Company (SABIC), government ministries, and the Arabian Center for Engineering Consultancy, in addition to all that, handle the human resources, maintenance, and operational management. -Monitor the House of Invention Telecommunications and Information Technology Company's administrative and legal oversight. -Serve as the legal advisor and administrator for all divisions within the Arabian Bugshan Group affiliates. -Manage the Arabian Bugshan Group's real estate and property assets. -Represent the group in front of the courts at all levels, including the commercial, general, labour, banking, and tax committees and the criminal, prosecutor, and enforcement courts. -Structure enterprises and companies, convert enterprises into companies in all branches, develop new companies, and merge and acquire other companies based on each company's specialization with its branches. -Manage the departments and work structures for each business. -Work with the appropriate departments by the projects of each department in the group to coordinate and monitor the work of all employees on an administrative and technical level. -Make sure all operations are conducted in an appropriate, economical manner. -Assist the leadership in developing, putting into practice, and evaluating new or updated operating policies, practices, and procedures within the designated functional area of focus. -Analyze, create, document, and implement internal reporting systems and processes for the organization or business entity, as appropriate to the stated functional area of emphasis, within the given functional area of operation.
