JOB PROFILE:1.Getting Indents sheets.2.Responsible to check whether the required material is available in the warehouse.3.Floating Inquiry’s to the vendors.4.Follow Up with them for Quotation.5.Prepares, checks and issues inquiries ensuring quotations are submitted within specified period.6.Summarizes the available quotations and forwards a recommendation to Architecture, Engineering and Project Management based on price, quality, delivery, service and commercial viability.7.Cost Reduction - Alternate Vendor Development.8.Making Comparative analysis.9.Negotiating with the vendors.10.Finalizing the rate and payment terms with consultation from our purchase manager.11.Releasing of the Purchase Order in the name of the selected vendor.12.Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required locations.13.Ensure material purchased meets requirements and applicable specifications.14.Maintain records by filing related documents.15.Looking Up the outstanding Payment of the vendor and to ensure them their payment is done.
