I report directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance.Key responsibilities include managing the Internal Control Environment, conducting Annual Risk Assessments, and enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of accounting and reporting processes. I build trusted business partnerships with the leadership team and act as the primary Finance liaison with external auditors.I coordinate Finance SOX compliance, ensuring consistent execution of controls and timely submissions. My role also involves fraud prevention, fraud investigations, and maintaining a strong ethical tone at the top.I oversee SOX implementation for newly acquired entities in Turkey, Russia, and Jordan, integrating Brink’s policies and procedures while identifying business improvement opportunities. Additionally, I provide consulting services to Headquarters on Risk Management Processes and assist in developing Finance onboarding materials and training.I manage 10 SOX coordinators across EMEA, conduct financial, operational, and IT audits worldwide, and facilitate communication and coordination among departments to drive change management and problem resolution.
