Hi everyone my name is Jamal. I have more than 9 years experience of food industry. I start work in 2016 in Azerbaijan restaurants. My first experience being Fryday restaurant in Azerbaijan and work there 5 years. Of them 2 years line cook and 3 years Chef cook. After Fryday i learn Intalian cuisine with greatest Chef from Naples Giuseppe Ciaburri. And work with him 2 years like a sous chef. After Azerbaijan experience i moved to Poland and work in DejaVu restaurant like a Chef 8 months and come back to Azerbaijan because our restaurant close when COVID-19 came. In 2022 i won Green card lottery and moved to US state Illinois and work in First Draft Gratslake. And now i moved to California and looking for a job.
