In active Newham, I was the first point of contact for members of the public for a fast paced leisure centre in east London. I was responsible for dealing with queries, complaints, enrolments and many more. As this was my first job, I saw this as a opportunity to strengthen all of my skills in order to progress in the real working world in order for me to progress.

I completed the BT Champions course which enabled me to gain many new skill sets. This opportunity allowed me to gain leadership skills, communication skills and teamwork skills. This role involved teaching elderly members of the community the basic fundamentals of computers and how to use them.
