I created a math process as a service for the classroom. I then managed and created a process for evaluating teachers/ coaches in classroom.

Selected by Uncommon Schools as one of 40 Summer Teaching Fellows out of more than 600 applicants based on strong leadership potential, demonstrated commitment to education reform, and classroom instructional • Lead in-class instruction for 9th grade students with the support of a mentor teacher. Collaborated with school staff to create and execute lesson plans. • Engaged in rigorous professional development with thought leaders, policy makers, and renowned educators/practitioners.
