I am a passionate teacher and an educational leader. I have dedicated my career to the Interdisciplinary Teaching of Faculty Development at university level for the past several years. Over the years, I also have developed and honed the skill to develop programs which promote student learning through positive learning experiences. My speciality is the development of academic resources, materials, training and supervision. Through the evaluation and development of instructional materials, I seek to create an environment where students are inspired to use the material they learn, grow and experience success in and outside of the classroom
