I have established clear goals and objectives, monitoring team performances monthly whilst providing regular feedback to staff to ensure continuous growth and development. Managing approximately 60+ members of staff and external sub-contractors I have provided security personnel to high profile venues such as Mnky Hse, Musu, Sakku Samba and China White.
