Jamal Chappelle (JC) currently holds two major positions in the Operational and Information sector of the Healthcare industry. He is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at MONCH Group, LLC an end-to-end Software Solutions, Network Services and Consulting firm focused on delivering uncompromised performance to the Healthcare, Information Technology and Government sectors and Managing Partner of The Chappelle Grp., LLC (TCG), a performance improvement firm in the healthcare finance and revenue cycle management (RCM) sector which focuses in four divisions: Software, Consulting, RCM partnerships and Clinical. Both organizations are headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland with satellite offices in New Hampshire, USA and abroad in Chennai and Hyderabad India. Jamal is a nationally recognized healthcare financial leader with over 20 years of experience. A broad knowledge base, experience and great team members allows him to successfully lead Monch and TCG in managing over $2B in client AR, with collections over $2B in historical client cash acceleration and $300M in annual cash recoveries. Jamal maintains active involvement in industry specific organizations such as Health Care Financial Management (HFMA), American College of Health Care Executives (ACHE), and Urgent Care Association (UCAA). In 2010, Jamal was appointed by Mayor Vincent Gray to serve on the Health Information Exchange Policy Board, District of Columbia Government. Outside of work, Jamal is a lifelong education advocate and a former educator in the District of Columbia Public Schools. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Mitchellville School, a private independent primary school in Prince George’s County Maryland. Since 2008, Jamal served as the Founder/ Chairman of The Talented 10, Inc. a nonprofit corporation providing financial literacy for youth in the Washington metropolitan area. Jamal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and History from Morehouse College. He currently resides in Maryland with his two daughters.
