As ACS P&D, I steer the development cycle including feasibility, planning proposals, approval and implementation of projects in Gilgit Baltistan (GB). Development portfolio is sponsored essentially by the Government of Pakistan and occasionally by international donors. Communities are a significant contributor and stakeholders around GB.

Health Department in Balochistan has been bifurcated and I am assigned to lead Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department; it manages 1500 health facilities including district level hospitals, RHCs/tehsil hospitals, basic health units and civil dispensaries.

As CEO PPHI-B I supervise the primary healthcare services provision to the six million people across Balochistan through a network of 761 Basic Health Units, 13 Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC), 06 Telehealth Clinics and 05 Rural Health Centers. MERC rescue service respond to road accidents on call.

I lead the development and reform of Balochistan Education Sector planning it involved construction/improvement of school buildings and resolving issues of access governance and quality of Education.

At Awaran and Kech districts, I conceived and lead the owner driven reconstruction in Balochistan. After earthquake of 2013, Affected people built their houses with the financial and technical assistance from the Government of Balochistan

As district administrator I look after law & order, land revenue and social development in Sibi, Balochistan. Promoting Sibi cultural space as a potential tourism avenue.

Monitor and report on progress of 61 policy proposals - constitutional, political, administrative and economic matters - aimed at alleviating the sense of alienation amidst people of Balochistan, a vast area that is rich in natural resource yet most sub-developed region of Pakistan.

I was hired by UNDP Pakistan as Consultant for post-Earthquake Reconstruction in their project "Technical Assistance for Management of Earthquake Early Recovery" (TAMEER).
