I was instructed by solicitors to attend local county courts to undertake civil cases before District Judges, acting for both Claimants and Defendants throughout the entire remit of the county court including Small Claims Trials and hearings for Case Management, Summary Judgement, Pre-Trial Directions, Interim Injunctions, Consent Orders, Part 8 Infant Settlements, Suspension of Warrants, Return of Goods, Landlord & Tenant and Mortgage Repossession hearings.

I worked as an Appropriate Adult during police interviews. I provided support for those persons in custody who are juveniles or otherwise vulnerable. I ensured all interviews were PACE compliant and facilitate communication between the police and the detained person.

I was instructed to attend local county courts to undertake civil cases before District Judges. These included Charging Orders, Mortgage Possession, Landlord and Tenant and Review hearings.
