Network Engineer
CurrentJob Description· Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.· The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.· Perform installation and testing at customer’s site to ensure successful deployments· Provide support to customer, such as inquires, requests and trouble-shooting via phone call or email.· Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with software partner on network optimization.· Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.· To perform configuration of IP, routing, firewalls and switching equipment· Conduct pre-sales presentation with sales team and participate in preparation of RFI/RFP.
