· Analyze traffic patterns and performance trends for the cellular and data networks. Keep Management appraised of network changes and customer impacting issues.· Responsible for the creation and maintenance of multiple trending databases (Access).· Organize and lead meetings with department heads to review performance of the networks.· Respond to and process requests via phone and email, professionally and accurately.· Supervise and mentor direct reports. Ensure all information is accurate and timely in its release.

· Keep current, all statement of accounts and work with vendors for any invoicing disputes.· Code and send for payment, all invoices for engineering general repairs and upkeep.· Maintain all budgeted expenses and capitals to ensure accurate accruals into the financial system.· Tracking and supplying office supplies to Engineering staff. Cost comparisons to ensure all purchases stayed within budgetary allowances.

· Review and suspend customer accounts for delinquent balances (AS400 System).· Answer incoming customer calls and explain balance and account settings.· Prepare and send accounts for outside collections or legal review.· Handle all escalated customer calls professionally, and resolve any billing related issues.

· Answer and direct all incoming switchboard calls.· Sort and file customer documents.· Process customer credit payments by phone (AS400 System).· Accurately prepare and batch customer payments for bank deposits.
