Through a variety of work experiences, I have obtained knowledge in many unrelated fields. I have been able to observe how organizations thrive in different environments, employing people of all backgrounds. This diverse work experience has allowed me to see situations through multiple lenses and utilize information obtained in one area to address problems encountered in another. In the process, I have gained a better understanding of the differing ways individuals, organizations, and communities function. Most of all, the valuable information I have been gifted over the years has allowed me to be more adaptable to changes and challenges within my personal, educational, and professional careers.As we grow and evolve throughout our lives our perspectives, values, and goals evolve as well. Assisting individuals in identifying their goals, aligning them with their values, and equipping them with the tools needed to reach those goals has become my deepest aspiration.
