I act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring consistent application of company policies. This role involves supporting both employees and leadership in creating a fair and respectful work environment that aligns with the company’s values and legal standards.Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, support, and resolution. • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into workplace complaints and conflicts, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations. • Advise management on employee relations best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Mediate disputes between employees and managers to foster open communication and effective conflict resolution. • Analyze employee relations data and trends to proactively identify and address workplace issues, recommending policy or procedural changes when necessary. • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, communication, and policy adherence. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal standards. • Partner with HR and management to promote a positive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and conflict resolution techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.Preferred Skills: • Experience in conducting investigations and handling grievance procedures. • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
