As a customer service dispatch at Alc School (now called Everdriven Transportation), I was responsible for monitoring drivers as they transported disabled kids to and from school. My main duty was to ensure the safety of the children and the drivers during the transportation. I also had the responsibility of reporting any incidents or accidents that occurred while the drivers were on route. I had to be alert and quick to respond to any emergency situations that may arise, and I always had to be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the children and drivers were safe. I was able to work well under pressure and had the ability to multitask effectively. My role was to ensure the safety of the children and the drivers during the transportation, and I was able to do this with dedication, commitment and a passion for customer service.
