In my position I was responsible for Managing all Provider Inquiries including being proactive and assess internal system configuration within provider setup and system adjudication. Created a summary document/test script for my use to keep track of projects and timelines, brought document to Director attention and summary document/test script was implemented into the examiners day to day function. Worked on high level projects with both internal and external with customers. Worked closely with our Claims Department to ensure that SOPs and Processing Guidelines were followed along with ensuring that examiner education took place. Working closely with direct reports to ensure that company/departmental goals were met while improving customer service with both internal and external clients. Conducted workshop meeting with our external providers (Skilled Nursing Facilities) to ensure that they received correct information regarding how to submit clean claims to avoid unnecessary denials along with delay in claims payment. Created claims production standards and staff monthly 1:1s. I identify an overpayment exceeding $99K and worked closing with the group’s denial collector to refund monies. All monies were recouped within a 1 month time span
