I help oversee the success of our major marketing partners. I'm responsible for the implementation and growth of our most strategically important partners. This is a cross functional role which consists of:Actively engage with marketing partners to learn about their business and identify opportunities to improve and expand the relationship to the benefit of both parties- Oversee the launch of new marketing partners including Answer website and mobile app customizations, API integrations, call center telephony set-ups and reporting- Monitor and improve marketing partner performance. Provide insight on performance to both marketing partner and Answer management to identify, justify and undertake projects to improve marketing partner production- Manage and lead cross-functional teams (telephony, development/engineering, marketing, business intelligence and accounting) to deliver on projects- Oversee the development and approval of creative material used to market Answer's services both within marketing partner organizations and to the marketing partners' customers- Contribute to the Answer's growth and innovation efforts by identifying and defining significant process enhancements and/or revenue opportunities- Actively engage with Business Development and Product Management teams to provide a continuous feedback loop to grow and improve our partner offerings
