Provide service to patients and providers during inbound and outbound calls. Schedule appointments, and capture messages for the clinical staff and providers. Escalate patient’s health concerns to nurse and/or doctors. Ensure all patients receive high quality, and efficient care.

Delivering sales, outstanding customer service and operational expectations. Share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.

Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming member contacts. Also utilize compliant documentation standards and exceeding our member’s expectations. Ensure every member is shown respect and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved.

Interview citizens, validate residency, gather sensitive data for the US Census Bureau.

Responsible for planning and implementing activities and executing daily lesson plans for the School Age Before and After School sites and Summer Programs.
