Jamber is an active youth leader from Bukidnon. He is pursuing his degree, taking up Bachelor of Science in Legal Management at San Beda University - Manila.He has been in the advocacy for Youth Formation since 2018 when he joined their student council as a Level Representative for Academic Years 2018-2020; Auditor for Academic Year 2020-2021; and President for Academic Years 2021-2023In 2022, he assumed the position of National Lead Convener in the Philippine Youth Convergence in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. As lead convener, he was able to convene the 1700+ student leaders nationwide and his regional counterparts as a result of lobbying the Department of Education - Youth Education Agenda, a unified declaration from the youth on matters and concerns that directly impact them. This initiative has been orchestrated to address the demand for greater involvement of youth in decision-making within the Department.He believes in the importance of representation and the role of visibility for marginalized groups. He is the first National Executive Board Member coming from Bukidnon as he sits as the National Scout Representative for Mindanao. The first and lone awardee of the said province in the annual National Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines, achieving this feat in 2022.Additionally, he is a Human Rights Defender and one of the speakers at the Southeast Asia Youth Festival sponsored by the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights, the ASEAN Youth Forum, and Plan International. He passionately supports the rights of indigenous people and has been a vocal proponent for the acknowledgment of their right to self-determination and peaceful resolution of conflicts within their ancestral lands.To further his case, He is also an environmentalist and formerly the Vice-President for Education & Information Dissemination of the TreeBuk Project. He was one of the Mindanao delegates during LCOY Pilipinas. He is also a public speaker and a contributor to various events, strikes, and developmental agendas. He resumes as a member of the initiative focusing on spreading the advocacy to the grassroots.
