Promoted to Product Leader of the video dash-cam products. Stabilized product plan and backlog to get consistent product releases back into a two week cadence. Worked with executive management to prioritize new features and bug/tech debt work. Worked with two beta customers to tailor their solution with custom features that would be eventually released to other customers. Worked with two camera hardware manufacturers, one from China and another from Taiwan. I set requirements for existing and new video event triggers from customer requests. With that experience from my previous API work, I designed and had development implement AWS API Portal system for our reseller clientele.

I worked as the Channels Application Engineer. I was responsible for ~20 million dollars in revenue. My job was to drive customer satisfaction technically and be a customer champion with our marketing and engineering. I played a major part in migrating the NETg customers off of the Monsoon platform and onto either a Skillport site or an OLSA AICC content site. The channels group migrated all but one customer ahead of schedule. As senior AE, I also consulted with my colleagues to help in troubleshooting and solution design.
