Even as a child, I was naturally curious asking questions and wanting to know more about the things around me. Eventually, my father stopped giving me the information and suggested I start finding the answers on my own. This is when I realized the joy I experience when researching something to learn new information and be able to share that new-found knowledge with others. Today, I still enjoy being someone who loves to learn new things. My ability to locate information and solve problems has been extremely valuable in my career. Many times colleagues have referred to me as the “go-to person” because I am open and interested in listening to what they need and I have the skills to find the information.
