Unit of International Affairs & Cooperation (UIAC) - University of Malaga (UMA) Internationalisation strategy, institutional relations and projects management (design, partners’ search, application, implementation, coordination, communications – internal/external -, regulation, quality control, monitoring, documentation, archiving, budget, financial management, project website/platform set-up and updating, events organization, elaboration of training materials, training activities - seminars, workshops, info days, etc. -, elaboration of promotional materials - presentations, press releases, posters, flyers, brochures, roll-outs, etc. - dissemination, reporting, auditing, and exploitation of results).Managing experience:Coordination (or participation) in several project proposals, including the following (funded) projects: EMA2/S1 [x5] (including the coordination of the “Move on Education” [MoE] project [Argentina - 2010]), EMA2/S2 [x2] (coordination of the “Thelxinoe” project [AU, NZ - 2013], and “Eurasiacat” project [HK, TW, SG, MO - 2014]), LLP [x20], Tempus [x2] (“FUSE” [Serbia - 2013], “UNIVIA” [Azerbaijan - 2013]), PIMA [x1] (coordination of “Haliades+” [Iberoamerica - 2013]), PIE [x2], Erasmus+ (2014 [x2]: “CLAVET”, “VETSAFETY”; 2015 [x9]: "OER-CRAFT", "EC+", "CIUDACT", "NEPTUNE-KA103", "NEPTUNE-KA107", "NEPTUNE-KA108", "INSIDE-OUT/OUTSIDE-IN", "IETS", "SBEA"; 2016 [x6]: "NEPTUNE-KA103", "NEPTUNE-KA107", "UMA-KA107-2016-PK", "DREAM", "INTENSE", "HEADSUP";), etc. Has contributed with major achievements to further extend UMA’s international visibility, strategic partnerships, projects managerial excellence and engagement in EU projects.
