-Operate as the Account Manager for Western United States, Mexico, South America, and Europe - projects regarding Polyvision Switchable Privacy Glass (best known as smart glass, privacy glass, PDLC, and switchable glass), Polymagic LED Glass, and other architectural glass products-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships-Educate potential markets and customers-Train and assist Account Managers with their clients, visits, architect training, and project management-Attend trade shows, visit clientele, and build product knowledge throughout our team's territories-Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key customers for Rep Partnerships-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives-Forecast and track key account metrics-Identify and grow opportunities within our team's territories and collaborate with production, research and development teams to ensure growth attainment-Assist with high severity requests or escalations as needed-Increase aggregate sales across all product brands and types, through team leadership, productive marketing, and product education
