Currently leading a team of 12 recruiters and we are primarily focusing on Healthcare positions - RN, LPN, CNA, PCT/PCA and others.

As a Lead Recruiter I’m monitoring, motivating and providing guidance, instruction, direction to the recruiters to achieve the targets.Superior knowledge of requirements analysis and definition, deep sourcing, screening, salary negotiation and new hire follow-up. While managing a minimum requirement load of 15+ weekly. Excellent client inter-face skills utilizing a consultative approach. Posting and sourcing via Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, LinkedIn and corporate website/internal databases. Proven success in a virtual recruiting environment with solid professional references.

My primary responsibility was to screen the candidate technically, use to work on W2/C2C depends on client's requirement.Working on full life cycle of recruitment process including Full time, contract to hire & contract positions.Sourcing the candidates with the help of portals like Dice, Monster, Tech fetch, Career Builder and social networking sites.Screening the candidates who are technically strong.Submitting the candidates according to required skills.Scheduling interviews according to clients and candidates availability.Working along with Legal Manager in process of Paperwork and Legal issues.Giving training to freshers on entire Recruitment process.
