Corporate Tax Department

 Support the Chief Tax Officer and other senior team members on routine tax matters and special projects Plan and coordinate a variety of events, meetings and projects for the department Receive and screen visitors and/or telephone calls and route to appropriate area or individual Perform a wide variety of word processing tasks to prepare correspondence, reports, charts and other graphs, which may be confidential in nature Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, appointments and perform other duties related to maintaining the department calendar Establish, maintain and update record-keeping and filing systems Attend meetings and take, prepare and distribute minutes to appropriate personnel Open, sort and distribute mail, including adding and routing tax notices to OneSource Workflow system Stock and maintain all office supplies for the department Assist with preparation of professional presentations for presentment to Senior Management and Board of Directors Processing various tax returns, responding to federal and state tax notices and corresponding with taxing authorities regarding notices Develop and maintain process for preparation, distribution and storage of Form W-9 requests Preparation of Sales & Use tax returns, as well as registration for various entities in various states Supervision of three department interns Tax controversy research Numerous other duties as requested
