At IU Health Archives I digitized and labeled objects through sewing, marking, and photography. I spent time managing the archival database by reorganizing records and contributing to record information. I learned how to encapsulate documents, create an inventory, and complete an accession record.

As an undergraduate assistant director, I revised lab policies and created the semester schedule. At the beginning of each semester, I trained new mentors and updated our training modules. Throughout the semester I would also track mentor activity reports and document it through excel.

As a Supervisor, I assigned projects to mentors and made sure they were done promptly. During my shifts, I worked at the front desk to manage appointments and communicate with students. One project I created myself was creating a list of professor-specific requirements for speech outlines and assignments. This project help assist mentors when reviewing outline submissions.
