RxLink Web Business Analyst Build Kindred pharmacies in application and support go-live efforts as facilities are scheduled to convert to the Rxlink Web pharmacy system. Troubleshoot and resolve Application, interface, and hardware issues in response to tickets escalated to the hospital ancillary development queue. Assist with resolving security issues for end users. Provide training and support to Application Analysts in an effort to share best practices with our tier 1 support team. Setup and activate approved drug items in the Enterprise Drug Master and communicate newly activated items list to pharmacy directors. Report issues and application enhancement submitted by end users to Netsmart. Create test scripts and perform testing when updates are made to the application. Travel to facilities and provide onsite support when needed.
