I use mathematical and statistical models to understand and quantify the factors that shape infectious disease spread. I developed novel statistical methods and mathematical models using R/C++ programming to understand how immunity to antigenically variable pathogens develop over an individual's lifetime.- Developed a new R-programming course for MSc students- Tutor and demonstrator on Bayesian statistics and modelling courses
