Overall leadership of the Information Technology function globally for Carpenter Technology. In this role, I am responsible for working to align the IT strategy with the business needs ultimately driving the design and development of leading edge, cost efficient information technology solutions for Carpenter.

Global responsibility for all aspects of information technology globally. Primarily focused on delivering a number of business critical projects necessary to support corporate goals of building standalone operations, driving cost reduction and enabling value creation both internal to IT and across the enterprise.

Responsible for leading the global Information Technology (IT) function reporting directly to the CEO. Member of the executive leadership team responsible for working to set the strategic direction of the company. CIO charged with driving all IT assets, projects, and plans toward enabling the achievement of the company’s strategic vision. Supervise, mentor and monitor the performance of global technology professionals responsible for supporting all aspects of Information Technology from infrastructure to applications programming and enterprise resource planning (ERP) across the company. Partner with executive counterparts to align IT efforts with functional priorities thereby enabling critical business processes.

Overall responsibility for the IT application strategy, architecture, and execution for the $4.0B Specialty Materials strategic business group (SBG). Charged with partnering with all functional organizations to define their IT strategy and ensure alignment to the overall Specialty Materials and Honeywell IT direction. This included leading SAP rollout for remaining Specialty Materials business units. Supervised, mentored and monitored performance of information technology professionals responsible for driving application strategy definition, business case development, change management, process optimization and tactical execution of projects on time and on budget targeted to meet specific business/functional needs in the effort to drive business process enablement through automation and technology.

IT Director for the $2.0 billion Honeywell Nylon, Inc. and Performance Products Strategic Business Enterprises (SBEs). Member of each SBE's leadership team responsible for the development and tactical execution of the IT strategy, vision and direction for 13 global locations. Manage global organization required to meet all infrastructure and software application needs of the SBE. This includes all LAN/WAN infrastructure, telephone, PC and midrange application support and implementation. Responsible for collaborating with Divisional IT matrix organization to influence priorities, obtain necessary project resources, and build powerful cross-functional teams to achieve team results. Partner with senior and executive business leaders to implement technical solutions that drive competitive advantage for both the SBEs and the division.

IT Director and DigitalWorks Leader for the $1.3 billion Nylon System Strategic Business Enterprise (SBE). Member of the SBE leadership team responsible for the development and tactical execution of the IT strategy, vision and direction for 9 global locations. Responsible for identifying and driving all DigitalWorks initiatives. Manage organization required to meet all infrastructure and software application needs of the SBE.

IT Leader for the $700 million Engineered Applications and Solutions Strategic Business Enterprise (SBE). Member of SBE leadership team responsible for the development and tactical execution of the SBE IT strategy, vision and direction for 7 global locations. Manage IT professionals required to meet all infrastructure and software application needs of the SBE.
