    Principal Engineer. Accomplishments include, primary innovator for the ENZA 2.0 ALIF bladed fixation implant with instrumentation, that was based on my predecessors work on the Enza 1.0. Enza 2.0 design incorporated a DMLS process to form the implant body, secondary machining on key features, and wire EDM on the guides. The internal parts were machined from TAV, and designed for repeated cycling, and better test results. I also designed a porous texture that promotes bone growth and integration for the implant superior and inferior surfaces that is based on another Camber product. The implant and instrumentation design reduced manufacturing costs dramatically, greatly increased all testing loads, and simplified the surgeon learning requirement. I also designed a cervical version of ENZA and a Lateral lumbar version with instrumentation. This implant family are patent pending.I designed an adjustable height TLIF implant that is patent pending with best in class range in height adjustment, great graft pre-packing, and post packing thru the inserter.I designed a Dynamic disc (artificial disc) with the lowest in class height, greatly extended life expectance, anatomical range of motion, and utilizes dampened motion at range limits. It is patent pending.I designed a modular pedicel screw system to allow the tulip type to be attached to the screw size as needed.Interacted with doctors and reps to customize or design from scratch the majority of our custom instruments.
